| General Policy |
All lessons must be paid for prior to the start of a lesson. Students will not be allowed to take lessons until outstanding balances are paid.
In order to ensure convenient scheduling of your dance lessons, I Dance 2 enforces a mandatory 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we need to be notified by 6pm of the prior day. When we schedule your lesson, we are reserving a teacher’s time specifically for you, taking away the ability of others to have that time slot. If we do not receive proper notice, we must still charge the lesson to your account to cover the loss to your instructor and the studio. Thank you for understanding this need.
100% refund within 30 days for unused lessons with $50 processing charge. After 30 days, in-house credit. It is transferable up to 140 days from the date of purchase. After 140 days they become non-transferable and no in-house credit.
Minimum charge is $30.00. There is a $2.00 service charge for debit card use.
Each student/couple will have up to three instructors:
Your primary instructor
Your exchange instructor
A coach from the Competitive Department
You will become comfortable with more than one instructor.
It will minimize development interruptions due to an instructor’s time off or departure.
You experience coaching from a higher level instructor
I Dance 2 is not responsible for loss, stolen or items left in the studio nor at any studio event.
I Dance 2 encourages you to practice what you are learning in order to continually improve your dancing. In order to accommodate as many of our students as possible, you are required to contact the front desk to book your practice time.
Students are allowed 5 minutes before or after their lesson for warm-up or cool-down. After five minutes the student/couple will be charged.
$15.00 per hour (students who take private lessons 2 times a week or less)
$10.00 per hour (students who take private lessons 3 to 7 times a week
Free (students who take 8 or more private lessons a week)
Monday through Thursday 11am – 9pm
Saturday 11am – 4pm
Sunday by appointment only
The practice session is for use of the dance floor only; you may dance to whatever music is playing at the time. Students are prohibited from operating the music equipment.
Please be respectful of students who are taking lessons in the same space you are practicing. If overcrowding becomes an issue, you may need to move to the other dance floor or stop practicing altogether.
